Lesson 18 Jenny Writes a Postcard                       
学情分析：
我所授课班级是机场路小学五年级（6）班，全班共53人，是本校五年级中一个人数较少的班级。这个班学生整体英语水平较好，学习兴趣高，气氛活跃，对新知识的掌握速度较快。但是，本班学生中还有个别反应慢，在教学中要特别关注。本班孩子向往有激情，师生更民主的新型课堂。因此我的教学设计理念为立足学生为本，最大限度给予学生学习的空间，引导学生正确接受新知识，保护学习热情与兴趣，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯。
教学内容分析：
本节课授课内容是：冀教版课标小学英语五年级 BOOK 6 Unit3        《Lesson 18 Jenny Writes a Postcard》十八课是第三单元的起始课第二课时，本单元的题目是Writing Home。本单元是认识书信的种类，以及如何写信，各种信件的信封格式而展开的话题。本课是第二课时，主要进行对明信片的初步了解，以及围绕书写明信片的英语交流。?教学内容为新授单词和写明信片格式，活动性较强，是一种典型的语言交流和动手实际操练的活动课。
教学目标：
知识目标：
1.能初步听、说、读、写单词：bottom、top、left、right、corner、stamp。
2.能初步了解明信片的书写格式，学习仿写明信片。
能力目标：
    初步掌握明信片的格式。能够介绍物体的上，下，左，右，角。
情感目标：
1．在教学过程中，让学生体验交流的乐趣，通过学习，鼓励学生在生活中与父母、朋友等进行书面交流。2.渗透文化意识，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生的合作意识。
教学重点、难点：
教学重点：
1.正确运用四会单词top, bottom, left, right, corner, stamp。
2.能初步了解明信片的书写格式，并学会仿写明信片。
教学难点：
      掌握明信片的书写格式，能正确仿写明信片。
 教学准备：
  PPT 、 明信片、作业纸每人一份
教学过程：
Opening and warming up.  
1.  Greeting.
2.   Play the game“Listen and Do”to review the words “left, right” and get the students happy to study English.
New concepts.
一、Teach the key words in this lesson.
1.  Show PPT to teach the key words of this lesson: top, bottom, left, right, corner. Pay attention to the students’ exercises.
2.  Missing game to practice the words more. (设计意图：巩固单词读音，记忆。)
3.  Write the words to get the students to write the words correctly. (加深新授单词的记忆)
二、Teach the form of the postcard.
1.  Introduce the teacher wants to write a postcard to Jenny and make the students pay attention how to write a postcard. (设计意图：吸引孩子们注意力，从游戏中安静下来.)
2.  Introduce the form of the writing of the postcard step by step, then, encourage the students to listen carefully.
3.  Ask the students to practice the forms of the writing of the postcard by “Stick it on the blackboard”
4.  Look more postcards and make the students know the writing form clearly.
5.  Show the message to the students and ask the students to write a postcard.
6.  Show your postcard in groups and I will choose one group to show your postcards. (设计意图：小组活动，生生互助)
