Step 3 Listen and read
1.  Listen to the recording.
2.  Understand the text.
3.  Answer the questions about the text.
what was peter interested in?
what did he and his mother do?
Where was the film?
How did the man talk?
When did peter go to the library?
4.  Complete this story. Use the correct form of the verbs in the brackets.
  During the school holidays, Peter (go) went to the Space Museum with his mother. They (watch) watched a film on the ceiling. Peter (enjoy) enjoyed the film very much. A man (talk) talked excitedly about the earth. The next day, Peter(go) went to the library.
5.  Read after the tape sentence by sentence.
6.  Read in group.
7.  Repeat the text with these words and phrases.

Step 3 practise
1.   Draw a square on the blackboard.
T: what does the square look like?
S: the square looks like the sun.

2.  Part F
What do these shadows look like?
Listen to the tape. Write the numbers 1,2,3,4 or 5 in the correct boxes.
Shadow number 1 looks like a duck.
Shadow number 2 looks like an elephant.
Shadow number 2 looks like a rabbit.
Shadow number 2 looks like a butterfly.
Shadow number 2 looks like a dog.
Step 4  Homework
1.  Listen and read.
2.  Write five or more sentences about look like.
